Therapy
Sessions
The sessions are 50 minutes and is weekly, on the same day and at the same time. I also offer online therapy, or a blended approach. My therapy room is private, comfortable and confidential.
Fees
The fee is £60 per session. I offer low cost places for clients who cannot afford open ended therapy due to low income or who are unable to work due to health or caring responsibilities e.g., lone parents.
What to expect
What happens at the first session?
After an initial brief call to establish that we will meet to work together, the first session is an assessment session during which I will ask some questions about yourself and your history. There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about therapy.
How often and for how long?
The therapy is weekly at the same time and on the same day. I accept requests for time limited counselling, although an open-ended arrangement allows for greater scope for the work we do together. You can end therapy whenever you need or want to, and ideally we plan for that.
Where does the therapy take place?
My private practice is based on the edge of Hertford near to Hertford County Hall. In addition to working in person I also offer online therapy sessions for clients throughout the UK.
